1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and gm777 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the gm777 website at gm777.vu and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Services").

3 Account Registration and KYC Verification

• One account per person: Each individual player may register and maintain only one gm777 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

gm777 reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close any existing account at its sole discretion, including where registration information cannot be verified, where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, or where applicable law or PAGCOR regulations require it.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gm777 account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes. The following security obligations apply:

• You must not disclose your password or OTP codes to any other person, including individuals claiming to be gm777 staff. gm777 will never request your password through any communication channel.
• You must notify gm777 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• gm777 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain account security, including losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your own negligence.
• Any activity occurring on your account while you are logged in — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — is presumed to have been authorized by you unless you have previously notified gm777 of account compromise.
• gm777 implements session timeouts, OTP two-factor authentication, and failed login lockout mechanisms as security controls, but these do not transfer responsibility for account security from the account holder to gm777.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

The following terms govern financial transactions on the gm777 platform:

• Accepted methods: gm777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI (via InstaPay), BDO (via InstaPay), Metrobank, and PESONet. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for GCash and PayMaya. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfers may vary and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals are only available to KYC-verified accounts. Withdrawal funds must be sent to a payment method registered in the account holder's verified name. gm777 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

• Inactive accounts: Accounts with a positive balance that have had no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. gm777 will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder before any dormancy-related administrative fee is applied.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

gm777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific promotion terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and free spins winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for each promotion are stated in that promotion's specific terms.

7 Game Rules and Fair Play

• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical means — real cards, real roulette wheels, or real dice — captured by live video stream. The physical outcome is final and binding.

This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written consent from gm777.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gm777's liability to you in connection with the Services is limited as follows:

• gm777 provides the platform and Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from malware or other harmful components.
• gm777 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to losses from technical malfunctions, internet connectivity failures, or third-party payment processing delays.

12 Account Suspension and Termination

gm777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time frame following request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.

• Extended account inactivity, subject to the dormancy policy described in Section 5.

Upon termination for breach of these Terms, gm777 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account. Upon termination at the player's own request or for non-breach reasons, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of all outstanding KYC and withdrawal processing requirements.

13 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to the gm777 platform or Services, we encourage you to contact our Customer Support team in the first instance. gm777's decision on any dispute related to game outcomes, technical malfunctions, or bonus eligibility shall be final, subject to PAGCOR's oversight authority.

14 Privacy and Data Protection

15 Amendments to These Terms

gm777 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be effective upon publication on the gm777 website. Where changes are material, gm777 will endeavor to provide notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or through a notification displayed upon next login.

Your continued use of the gm777 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure through our Customer Support team.

16 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations and the relevant provisions of the Philippine Civil Code, E-Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), and Data Privacy Act (Republic Act No. 10173).

Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms, your use of the gm777 platform, or any transaction conducted through the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for this purpose.

If any provision of these Terms is held by a competent court to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
