Where gm777 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under the age of 21 — whether through a false declaration during registration or otherwise — the affected account will be immediately closed, all data associated with the account will be deleted subject to legal retention obligations, and the matter will be reported to PAGCOR.
